Offshore Outsourcing is a service which allows international firms to employ staff through a licensed HR vendor. In this mode, the HQ company does't have any labor relation with the employee, but a business contract with Winjob, Winjob then host a labor relation with the employees meaning Winjob is the employer to them and is therefore responsible for associated employment risks and labor costs according to the China labor law. Eg. compensation, salaries, social insurance in each cities during medical treatment, maternity, occupational injury expenses occurred by accidents and any other unpredictable risks raised out of employer's liability.
